Painting - an image drawn on various substrates or applied in various ways to various materials
Sidelines – other goods that do not fall under the category of “Painting” (apparel, accessories, souvenirs, books, artistic miniatures, small-size printed paintings and acryl blocks, etc.)
It's your responsibility to supply all required information when placing an order, including complete name, shipping, and billing address (P.O. Boxe is not possible), phone number, e-mail address and payment method. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer.
You can change only the delivery address if your order has not yet been shipped. To change the address for this order, please contact us via email email@example.com
Sorry, we're unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components. To make these adjustments, you will need to place a new order.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and monthly payment plans online through Affirm (not working now).
We cannot guarantee that the colors on the product you receive will match the colors you see on your monitor.
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose when ordering. Please allow at least 4-10 weeks for your Painting purchases or 3-5 days for your Sideline product to be shipped. Title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier.
All Sales Are Final
All Paintings at alex.cam are custom-made orders and non-returnable and payment is non-refundable. Please review your order carefully and contact us for any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (you are responsible for applicable return shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt. Items need to be returned in a like-new condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace it. Your claim must be sent within 7 days after delivery. The claim must include a a picture of the damaged product, copy of the shipping receipt. Otherwise, the Painting is deemed to be accepted.
